Hello everyone! I am a rising senior and I have been a member of Science Olympiad for the past two years. If you decide to elect me as your Inquiry Coordinator I promise to implement a straightforward and achievable set of goals designed to maximise your chances of winning an award next year at a relatively minimal cost. If elected, I will petition these ideas to the rest of the club officers in addition to personally implementing them for Inquiry members. First, we need to implement a group method of studying based on past member experience and publicly available review material. This practice needs to continue throughout the entirety of the year. Second, we need to improve methods of event selection by better explaining events to interested members (through prepared demonstration questions), having group practice sessions before testing, and by continuing to create testing material. Third, we need to institute a schedule of all meetings and deadlines at the beginning of the year instead of a few days in advance. Finally, these meetings need to occur regularly with around two 1-2 hour meetings a month for practice and testing. Your vote would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to a wonderful year.
